- Guest who wish to participate must sign up for the Rewards Programme and Download the Tsogo Sun App.
- Rewards members that downloaded the Tsogo Sun App will all qualify for 1 x Free Draw entry daily over the promotional period
- Qualifying Goldfields Casino Reward cardholders will be allowed to activate their Tsogo Sun App draw tickets on day of the draw between 09h00 to 20h55
- All draw activations into TEEDs (electronic) Tsogo Sun App Only draws must be done prior to the draw bin closing (5 minutes prior to draw) within specified time
- The draw will take place at the designated draw area on the gaming floor
- 21 x Winners will be drawn via (electronic TEEDs) device. The MC will announce the winning tickets.
- Selected draw winners will be allowed to enter the money shower to determine their prize winnings.
- However should winner not want to enter the money shower, a proxy will be allowed on their behalf to enter the Money Shower however the number of seconds spent in the shower will be randomly determined by the selected winner – each winner will have to select and pop a balloon which will reveal the time the winner will have to collect the money inside the shower.
- Balloons will be presented to each person to bust in order to determine the time within the Money Shower (only 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 & 120 seconds, will be the available options)
- Participants may not register to decline to be present at the draws
- Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and a positive and acceptable form of identification
- Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using GMS System. Should proof of identification not be available on GMS or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification
- Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the Prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place
- Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Goldfields Casino
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw dates.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
- The FSGLTA will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
- Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the FSGLTA.
