1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. 5. Participants must play Slots or Tables using their membership cards to earn points for draw tickets.
6. Points earning criteria are set out below:

10. The TEEDS electronic system will be used to conduct the draws
11. Ticket printing/activation will open on Thursdays, before the draw and close on Saturday at 19h59 before the actual draw
12. Participants enter the draw by activating their tickets and the draw receipt at eHost before the actual draw and within the specified times during which entry activations are open
13. Draws may be moved back-of-house should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
14. 5 winners will be selected at each draw. The MC will announce the ticket and patron number
15. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place if participants are drawn more than once
16. Prizes will be awarded in descending order (from highest to lowest)
17. Participants do not need to be present at the draw. Winners will be notified telephonically using contact details provided on the GMS System
18. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration
19. The prize winner must claim the prize at Goldfields Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present the winning receipt and a positive and acceptable form of identification
20. The prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged
22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
27. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
28. The FSGLTA will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act
29. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged to the FSGLTA

Bonusing:
31. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members. Participants must play Slots or Tables using their Goldfields Casino Rewards card to earn at least 100 points an hour before or during the session to qualify.
32. Winners will be selected between 21h00 – 23h00 on draw days.
33. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration
34. The promotional dates and times may be extended and these will be communicated via the advertising channels used to advertise the promotion
35. Participants may be selected more than once but can only win once per session
36. Participants are required to be present and actively playing on the respective promotion dates and times to be eligible for the prize(s)
37. The RAPS electronic system will be used to select winners. The promotion team will announce the winner during the session
38. Each verified winner will be awarded the prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion
39. The prize winner must claim the prize at Goldfields Casino on the day of the promotion
40. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
41. Prize winners must present themselves together with their Rewards Card and/or positive and acceptable form of identification. Reasonable steps shall be taken to verify a prize winner using the GMS System, should the prize winner not have their valid identification on hand. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the prize winner to present a valid form of identification
