How it works

Entry mechanics:

The promotion is exclusive to Rewards members

Rewards members must play Slots or Tables to earn points for draw tickets, criteria are set out below:

Black = 500 points per ticket

Platinum = 50 points per ticket

Gold = 50 points per ticket

Members who have participated in the Cash Is King draws will be rewarded with free tickets as a reward for their participation:

Black = 5,

Platinum = 3

and Gold 1

Participants may earn up to 50 tickets per draw in addition to the free tickets

Points earning period for all the tiers will start on Saturday 26 to Tuesday 29 March

 

Drawn mechanics:

A manual Draw will take place on Thursday 31 March at 20h00. Starting with the Black cardholders and then Platinum and Gold

Gold and Platinum cardholder draw tickets will be combined into one entry bin whilst Black cardholders will have a separate entry bin

Ticket printing and entry bins will open on Wednesday 30 March and close an hour before the draw

5 winners will be selected at each draw

Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw

Prizes will be awarded in descending order (from highest to lowest)

Participants do not need to be present and will be notified telephonically if their tickets are drawn

  5. Participants must play Slots or Tables using their membership cards to earn points for draw tickets. The criteria is set out below:
  • Black = 500 points per ticket

  1. A manual Draw will take place on Thursday 31 March at 20h00. Starting with the Black cardholders and then Platinum and Gold
  2. Gold and Platinum cardholder draw tickets will be combined into one entry bin whilst Black cardholders will have a separate entry bin
  3. Ticket printing and entry bins will open on Wednesday 30 March and close on Thursday 31 March an hour before the draw
  4. Participants enter the draw by printing and activating their tickets and the draw receipt at eHost before the actual draw and within the specified times during which entry activations are open
  5. Participants must ensure that tickets are entered into the correct entry bin – entry bins will not be opened
  6. Draws may be moved back-of-house should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
  7. 5 winners will be selected at each draw. The MC will announce the ticket and patron number
  8. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place if participants are drawn more than once
  9. Prizes will be awarded in descending order (from highest to lowest)
  10. Participants do not need to be present at the draw. Winners will be notified telephonically using contact details provided on the GMS System
  11. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration
  12. The prize winner must claim the prize at Goldfields Casino within 15 days of the draw and must present the winning ticket and a positive and acceptable form of identification
  13. The prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
  14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
  17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules under their participation
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
  20. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
  21. The FSGLTA will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act
  22. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged to the FSGLTA
