The Money Shower promotion at Goldfields Casino is back and we have loads of prizes to give away! The Random Active Player Selector (RAPS) system will be activated between 15h00 to 17h00 to randomly select active players on the non-smoking, smoking gaming floor and the Prive

Five winners will be selected each day. Winners will be given either 90 seconds, 80 seconds, 70 seconds, 60 seconds, 50 seconds, 40 seconds or 30 seconds to get inside the Money Shower device and grab as many prizes as possible – depending on the envelope selected to determine the seconds. Prizes include CASH, FreePlay and meal vouchers

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members
  5. The promotional period commences on till 27 August 2022
  6. Participants must actively play Slots or Tables using their Goldfields Casino Rewards card between 15h00 to 17h00 on Saturday to stand a chance to win
  7. The Random Active Player Selector (RAPS) will be configured to select an active machine. The guest playing on the machine when it was selected will be announced as a contestant
  8. The promotions team will announce the winning machine and the patron number of the contestant playing on the winning machine
  9. Participants will be taken to the Money Shower device immediately to play once verified
  10. Winners will select an envelope/device to determine how much time they will spend in the Money Shower. The times will consist of: 90 seconds, 80 seconds, 70 seconds, 60 seconds, 50 seconds, 40 seconds & 30 seconds
  11. Each verified winner in the order they were selected will get the opportunity to grab as many prizes as possible inside the Money Shower device and insert them in the box attached to the Money Shower device. Only what’s in the box will be counted
  12. The Money Shower will be loaded with R30,000 worth of prizes in a form of vouchers/ imitation cash, FreePlay vouchers and food & beverage vouchers
  13. Participants can only be selected once per promotion day
  14. Entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration
  15. Prize winners must present their positive and acceptable form of identification. Reasonable steps shall be taken to verify a prize winner using the GMS System, should the prize winner not have valid identification. Should proof of identification not be available on the system or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the prize winner to present a valid form of identification
  16. The prize winner must claim the prize at Goldfields Casino within 15 days from the date of issue
  17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
  18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
  19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified
  20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s
  21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
  22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
  23. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
  24. The FSGLTA will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
  25. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged with the FSGLTA.
