1.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3.The promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly controls or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners’ business partners or immediate family members.

5.The promotion will take place every Sunday at 15h00, Mondays & Tuesdays at 12h00 & 19h00 Times are subject to change during the promotional period.

7.12h00 to 14h30 on Sunday’s numbers will be drawn at 15h00.
8.09h00 to 11h30 & 16h00 to 18h30 on Mondays numbers will be drawn at 12h00 & 19h00.
9.09h00 to 11h30 & 16h00 to 18h30 on Tuesdays numbers will be drawn at 12h00 & 19h00.
10.Participants must buy-in at the CASH DESK for only R20 cash per ticket. Buy ins will be capped per tier:
11.Black Cardholders buy in for maximum – 30 tickets per customer per Super 9 draw.
12.Platinum Cardholders buy in for maximum – 20 tickets per customer per Super 9 draw.
13.Gold Cardholders buy in for maximum – 10 tickets per customer per Super 9 draw.
14.R10 from every ticket bought will go towards the Progressive Jackpot and the other R10 towards the consolation / daily CASH + FreePlay prize.
15.Points redemption is not allowed.
16.Each participant will receive a set of two tickets of which the numbers selected must match (original and copy)
17.Participants must select/write 9 unique numbers between 0-36 and hand over the copy to the Marketing Team/Customer Service Desk. It is the participants’ responsibility to ensure that their selected numbers on a ticket are clear and legible.
18.Unclear or altered numbers will lead to disqualification and participants must ensure that their numbers reflect on the duplicate.
19.Any alterations on the ticket must be communicated and approved by the promotions team before the promotion starts.
20.A Promotional device (tombola containing unique balls marked from 0-36 numbers) will be used to select / generate winning numbers.
21.The progressive jackpot and consolation/daily prize will be announced before the promotion starts.
22.Participants must be present on the day of the Super 9 promotional draws.
23.The Draw manger will selected / generate winning numbers at 15h00 on Sundays and at 12h00 & 19h00 on Mondays / Tuesdays.
24.Participants must match 9 unique numbers on one ticket within 18 consecutive numbers selected / generated to win the full progressive jackpot. If there is more than one winner, the jackpot prize will be split equally.
25.The winner/s must present themselves to the promotions team and no further numbers will be generated / selected after the winner has been verified.
26.Should the winner not be in the position to immediately present a positive or acceptable form of identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the gaming system (GMS). Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, the patron will be disqualified.
27.If no participant/s matches 9 unique numbers within 18 consecutive numbers generated/ selected, the jackpot will roll over to the next promotional day or session (if Jackpot is not won on a Monday / Tuesday progressive will rollover) and a consolation/daily prize will be available.
28.After the 18th number generated / selected, participants will be given 90 seconds to verify their numbers and present themselves to the promotions team to claim the jackpot. No participant may attempt to claim the prize after the 90 seconds have lapsed.
29.The promotional will continue to generated / select Super 9 numbers until there is a daily prize winner. If there is more than one winner, the consolation/daily prize will be shared equally.
30.Each set of tickets (original and copy) must have the same numbers. Any ticket found to have different numbers or more than 9 numbers will be declared invalid and the participant will be disqualified from that specific day’s promotion session.
31.The onus is on the participant/s to present themselves or announce that they have 9 matching numbers as soon as the last matching number has been generated / selected. Either intentionally or unintentionally, delaying the announcement until a further generated / selected numbers may result in them possibly having to share the prize with another winner.
32.The Super 9 Progressive Jackpot will start at a base value of R2,500 and reset after it has been won.
33.The Progressive Jackpot or consolation/daily prize will be split equally if there is more than one winner.
34.The promotional team will continue generating / selecting Super 9 numbers until such time that a participant then announces that he/she has 9 matching numbers. Only after positive verification by the Promotion team of the participant’s claim, will the Super 9 Daily Prize be awarded to the winner/s, and it will be the end of the day’s promotion.
35.The Jackpot prize advertised at the time will be the actual prize to be won.
36.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
37.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
38.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
39.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and promotions dates.
